Town Branch has released “Bourbonola” which is a cherry flavored soda bottled at 12% abv. It is basically Coke with Bourbon and cherries and it is actually pretty good. I was honestly surprised as I am usually not a fan of these canned whiskey drinks as most of them are shit.
However, this one has a strong taste of bourbon, the cherry flavor is not synthetic, and the cola tastes like real Coke. But I highly doubt it is Coke. Either way, I enjoyed this can by the pool and my only regret was not trying it on ice or crushed ice which I think would make it even better.
Priced around $20 for a 4-pack and worth it if you like the flavor profile and canned cocktails.
